JOB DUTIES:                      Test the software to identify and fix bugs and errors. Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and other forms of testing to ensure the software functions correctly. Convert business requirements into high level technical flows based on the use case designs. Review designs and solutions with the customers and end users and provide justifications for the best design during the review sessions. Work on technical presents and get the required approvals for design documents from the authorized teams. Provide demonstrations to end users at different phases of application development. Provide training and clarifications to end users on the usage of the different applications. Prompt fixing of defects reported in production and lower environments. Resolving the critical application issues caused due to code and functional changes. Work on defects triaging, prioritization and delegation. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION :                    

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/IS /Engineering (Any) /Business or related field with Twenty-Four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant/ Developer/Analyst /Programmer /Engineer or closely related field. Employers also accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science/IT/IS /Engineering (Any) /Business earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service plus Twenty-Four (24) months of progressive work experience in related field. 

EXPERIENCE :                

Experience of Twenty-Four (24) months working with TMS (Transportation Management systems) and SCM (Supply Chain Visibility) software is required. Travel and/or Relocation to unanticipated Client sites throughout USA is required.
